Associate, E-commerce Specialist (Thai Language) – Chennai (4 Days WFO)

Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Hybrid – 4 days work from office)

About the Role

We are looking for a
Thai-speaking professional
who is also proficient in English to join our e-commerce operations team in Chennai. Your role will focus on
customer chat support, responding to messages, translating Thai documents, and creating product listings in Thai language
. No prior e-commerce experience is required —
full process training will be provided
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer chats and emails in Thai, ensuring accurate and friendly communication.
  • Translate documents, FAQs, and marketing content between Thai and English.
  • Create and maintain product listings in Thai language.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Use basic Excel skills: Data entry, updates, vlookup and tracking tasks.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent proficiency in Thai
    (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Good proficiency in English
    (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Basic Excel skills (data entry, sorting, filtering, vlookup).
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive and active listener.
  • Ability to work in Chennai (4 days per week in office).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service, e-commerce, or translation.
  • Familiarity with online marketplaces like Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or Shopify.
