Urgent Hiring: E-commerce Specialist – FMCG Products

Location: Ambattur, Chennai

Package: Up to ₹40,000 per month

About the Role:

We're looking for a proactive E-commerce Specialist with experience in managing FMCG product portfolios across leading online marketplaces. The role involves handling product listings, campaign management, SEO, and ad optimization to drive visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Big Basket, etc.).
  • Plan and execute ad campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, etc.) on e-commerce platforms.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance (ACOS, CTR, ROAS) to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Implement SEO strategies for better product visibility and ranking.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to run seasonal and promotional campaigns.
  • Analyze daily/weekly sales data and prepare performance reports.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and brand representation online.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of e-commerce experience (FMCG preferred).
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management, ad optimization, and SEO.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, analytics, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Immediate or short notice joiners preferred.
