Job description

We're expanding our team at Elephant in the Boardroom and are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong background in Google Search Ads. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you'll work with high-value international clients, primarily based in Australia, and manage large-scale campaigns with precision.

If you're someone who thrives on optimizing campaigns, digging deep into data, and driving measurable results without relying on automation tools, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and continuously optimize Google Search campaigns end-to-end
  • Build and refine keyword strategies, bidding techniques (Manual CPC, Target CPA, ROAS), and ensure accurate conversion tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot underperformance, and run A/B experiments to improve ROI
  • Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and technical teams across India, Australia, and the Philippines
  • Stay updated on platform updates, trends, and competitor strategies to recommend proactive improvements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing monthly budgets of ₹1 Cr+ / $25K+
  • Strong expertise in match types, negative keyword strategies, GA4, and GTM
  • 3–5 years of hands-on Google Ads management experience (manual execution, not reliant on third-party automation tools)
  • Industry exposure in e-commerce, automotive, finance, or healthcare will be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
