Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role located in Chennai. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing campaigns to drive patient engagement and clinic growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting thorough market research, identifying target audiences, tracking campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, and optimizing marketing strategies. The role also involves close collaboration with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless communication and goal alignment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with patients and stakeholders
  • Experience in Market Research and the ability to analyze emerging trends and patterns
  • Expertise in Sales and Marketing Strategy to develop and implement effective campaigns
  • Proven ability to create and execute strategies for enhancing customer acquisition and retention
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in the healthcare or fertility industry is advantageous but not mandatory
