Job Title: Marketing Specialist - Middle East Leads Generation 

Location: Chennai 

Job Type: Full-Time 

Responsibilities: 

∙Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to the 

Middle East market to generate high-quality leads. 

∙Conduct thorough market research to understand the unique characteristics, trends, and 

opportunities within the Middle East region. 

∙Create and execute targeted campaigns across various digital channels, including social 

media, email marketing, content marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to attract 

potential clients. 

∙Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion, providing 

necessary support and insights to close deals. 

∙Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and 

adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results. 

∙Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and partners in 

the Middle East to enhance brand visibility and credibility. 

∙Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows in the region to network, gather 

insights, and promote our services. 

∙Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, particularly those 

relevant to the Middle East market, and incorporate them into our strategies. 

∙Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on lead generation activities, 

market insights, and campaign performance. 

Requirements: 

∙Proven experience (minimum 4-6 years) in marketing, specifically focusing on lead 

generation in the Middle East market. 

∙Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) with strong communication skills. 

∙In-depth knowledge of the Middle East market, including cultural nuances, business 

practices, and digital marketing landscape. 

∙Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social 

media management tools, email marketing software, and CRM systems. 

∙Strong analytical skills to track and evaluate campaign performance and make data-driven 

decisions. 

∙Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and 

projects simultaneously. 

∙Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. 

∙Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges. 

∙Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
