Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Chennai. The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels, oversee product listings, and handle customer inquiries. Responsibilities include analyzing sales data for trends and opportunities, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and developing strategies to grow online sales. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to improve performance will also be an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong background in E-Commerce and Sales to drive online business growth and improve sales performance
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to address customer inquiries and enhance customer experience
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights
  • Familiarity with online marketing tools and techniques is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative on-site team
