About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented
Finance Manager
with strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must be a
CA-qualified professional with 3–5 years of experience
in managing end-to-end finance functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee complete finance operations, including budgeting, forecasting, fund flow & cash flow management
  • Manage day-to-day accounting, reconciliations, payables & receivables
  • Prepare and analyse monthly MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet and financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax & all statutory requirements
  • Drive monthly/annual closing processes and coordinate with auditors
  • Develop financial controls, cost-optimisation strategies & process improvements
  • Provide actionable financial insights to management for decision-making
  • Manage banking operations, vendor payments & financial documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • CA Qualified (Mandatory)
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
    in finance, accounting, or audit
  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation & statutory compliance
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (Tally/ERP)
  • Excellent analytical, organisational & communication skills
