We're Hiring: Product Manager – Channel Management (Delhi)

Product Manager
to own our channel strategy, drive partnerships with
dealers, OEMs, and fintech platforms
, and create seamless financing solutions for our customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Design and execute a
    channel partner strategy
    to boost loan penetration and customer acquisition.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage
    OEMs, dealers, and aggregator partners
    .
  • Optimize
    financing products and workflows
    for smooth partner integration.
  • Track partner performance, develop KPIs, and implement incentive programs.
  • Collaborate with
    sales, credit, risk, and operations
    teams to drive business growth.
  • Stay ahead of
    market trends and competitor strategies
    to continuously improve our offerings.

Who You Are:

  • 4–8 years in
    product management, channel sales, or distribution strategy
    , preferably in
    financial services or EV financing
    .
  • Deep understanding of
    dealer/distributor networks, OEM partnerships, and channel financing models
    .
  • Experience with
    digital lending platforms, API integrations, or tech-driven partner solutions
    is a plus.
  • Analytical, data-driven, and excellent at
    building and managing partner relationships
    .
