Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Indore. This mid-level, full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of work experience. The executive will focus on driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion. The successful candidate will utilize their skills in lead generation, market research, and account management to propel our services to the next level.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in lead generation tools to identify and acquire new clients effectively. (Mandatory skill)

  • Proficiency in HubSpot for monitoring and managing client relationships. (Mandatory skill)
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage and organize client information and interactions efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close deals and foster long-term partnerships with clients.
  • Advanced account management abilities to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
  • Data analysis expertise to assess the performance of business development strategies and make adjustments accordingly.
  • Effective cold calling strategies to persuade potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
