Direct Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and reach out to potential clients in need of software development services.
- Present our services and solutions effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Report sales performance to the management regularly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in direct sales or business development (software/IT experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to earn through performance-based commission.
- Familiarity with software development services is a plus, but not mandatory.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based per project.
- Attractive commission structure (to be discussed during the interview).
Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 11 months
Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
