Key Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Relationship Management

  2. Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and educational institutions.

  3. Act as the single point of contact between the company and assigned colleges.
  4. Regularly visit campuses to nurture long-term collaborations.

  5. Student Engagement & Support

  6. Organize seminars, workshops, and awareness programs for students.

  7. Provide counseling on career opportunities, admissions, or training programs.
  8. Address student queries related to courses, placements, or services offered.

  9. Placement & Recruitment Coordination

  10. Coordinate campus placement activities and job fairs.

  11. Facilitate student shortlisting, interviews, and recruitment processes.
  12. Work closely with HR/corporate teams to fulfill hiring needs.

  13. Marketing & Promotions

  14. Promote the companys courses, training programs, or services in partner colleges.

  15. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital + on-campus).
  16. Collect and share feedback from students and faculty to improve offerings.

  17. Business Development

  18. Identify new colleges and institutions to onboard as partners.

  19. Develop strategies to expand the companys footprint across districts/states.
  20. Achieve targets for admissions, partnerships, or student enrollments.

  21. Reporting & Documentation

  22. Maintain updated records of college contacts, student databases, and placement status.

  23. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on campus activities, conversions, and partnerships.
  24. Share insights with management on trends in student behavior and college needs.

  25. Coordination with Internal Teams

  26. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams for smooth execution.

  27. Provide feedback to product/training teams on course relevance.
  28. Ensure commitments made to colleges (like workshops, training sessions) are delivered.
