Roles & Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage strong professional relationships with college HODs, faculty, and students.
- Promote company offerings including academic projects, internships, workshops, and courses to colleges and universities.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive partnerships with educational institutions.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and career-oriented programs at colleges.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and colleges.
- Ensure smooth execution of collaborations and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Meet business development targets through regular engagement with stakeholders.
- Collect and analyze feedback from colleges to improve offerings.
Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or academic partnerships (preferred in EdTech/Training industry).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking ability with an aptitude to build long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different colleges as required.
- Multi-language proficiency will be an added advantage.
