Job Description:
Hiring for Customer Service Executives (Tele-Callers) to join our growing team in Mumbai (Andheri & Thane) and Bangalore (HSR & HRBR).

Responsibilities:
- Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
- Maintain high tele-calling quality standards and optimize call scripts.
- Stay updated on market trends in interior design & real estate.
- Achieve performance targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
- Deliver excellent customer interactions with a consultative approach.
Requirements:
- 1–6 years of experience in Customer Service / Tele-calling / Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday/Tuesday week off).
- Graduation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
