Job Description:

Hiring for Customer Service Executives (Tele-Callers) to join our growing team in Mumbai (Andheri & Thane) and Bangalore (HSR & HRBR).

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with channel partners in the real estate ecosystem to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct cold calling to identify and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high tele-calling quality standards and optimize call scripts.
  • Stay updated on market trends in interior design & real estate.
  • Achieve performance targets for call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
  • Deliver excellent customer interactions with a consultative approach.

Requirements:

  • 1–6 years of experience in Customer Service / Tele-calling / Sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week (Monday/Tuesday week off).
  • Graduation required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per month
