Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Customer care executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell nail art products and services to new and existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.s.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide product information.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
- Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence and a positive attitude.
- Interest in beauty, fashion, or nail art is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
