Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Executive role located in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer service processes such as Account Opening, Processing Transactions, supporting the Front office team and coordinating with clients. The role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain strong relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Customer Support, Service, and Service Management tasks
  • Experience with Customer Satisfaction best practices and a customer-first approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to client needs
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree such as BCom is an add
