Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive based in Mumbai. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support, and handling customer service inquiries and complaints. Daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, maintaining customer records, and ensuring that all service requests are resolved in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
  • Experience in Customer Service Management
  • Interpersonal Skills and a focus on Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
  • Previous experience in the logistics industry is advantageous
