Job Description

Position Title: Executive Customer Service

Location: Mumbai - Head Office (Kurla - Phoenix Market City)

Education & Experience


• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.


• 1 years of experience in customer service/client servicing, preferably in

manufacturing/FMCG sectors.


• Prior experience in order management, sales support, or MIS reporting will be an added

advantage.

Key Competencies:


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to analyze data effectively.


• Knowledge of ERP platforms (Focus, Oracle, SAP, or any equivalent).


• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities:


• Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high client satisfaction.


• Generate and process sales orders for factories in coordination with internal teams.


• Prepare and maintain accurate reports, including MIS, for management review.


• Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure smooth order execution

and service delivery.


• Follow up with customers on orders, deliveries, and payments when required.


• Maintain client data and order history in ERP systems (Focus, Oracle, SAP, or similar).


• Capitalizing Cost Saving opportunities for the Company.


• Leading Projects assigned by Management.
