About Us:

Nishka Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is associated with Veggie Treat products, offering a wide range of plant-based snacks & foods. We are expanding our presence in Modern Trade (MT) channels and looking for a dynamic Sales Executive – B2B to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage business with modern trade stores, supermarkets, and organized retail chains.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure product placement in modern trade outlets.

* Build long-term B2B relationships with purchase managers, category heads, and decision-makers.

* Negotiate margins, schemes, and visibility agreements with MT partners.

* Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and payment collections.

* Track competitor activities and share market insights.

* Support in-store promotions and sampling activities.

Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years of B2B/Modern Trade FMCG sales experience (mandatory).

* Strong understanding of modern trade business models.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Self-motivated and target-driven.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
