Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Institutional Sales
Location: Vijaynagar,Indore
Department: Sales
Reports To: Sales Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented B2B Sales Executive to support our institutional sales efforts. The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential institutional clients through research, cold calls, and networking.
Maintain a database of leads and prospects in key sectors like corporates, educational institutions, healthcare, and NGOs.
2. Client Engagement
Present the company’s services to potential clients, focusing on their specific requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
3. Sales Execution
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to b2b instituitional client needs.
Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals effectively.
4. Collaboration
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer support) to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Provide feedback from clients to the sales manager and other relevant departments.
5. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates.
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in institutional sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Key Competencies:
Self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Time management and organizational skills.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Own vechile to travel around the locations
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
