**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Sales Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify prospects and develop strategies to convert them into long-term clients.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand their business needs, offer tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present the company’s products and services to potential clients through both in-person meetings and virtual platforms. Deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition and address client needs.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Drive the negotiation process, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales deals efficiently and ensure proper follow-through on delivery and implementation.
- **B2B Sales Focus**: Work predominantly with other businesses, understanding their unique challenges and identifying opportunities where our products/services can add value. This includes both direct sales to clients and indirect sales through partner channels.
- **Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and prospects within the CRM system. Provide regular reports to management regarding progress toward targets, market trends, and competitive insights.
- **Market Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and potential opportunities in the market to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English are essential for crafting clear proposals, engaging clients, and delivering persuasive presentations.
- **Public Speaking**: Strong presentation skills, able to engage audiences and deliver messages with confidence, whether in one-on-one meetings or larger group settings.
- **Sales Expertise**: Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Understanding of both direct and indirect sales strategies.
- **Customer-Centric Approach**: Passion for building lasting relationships and a client-first mentality, with a focus on understanding client pain points and offering appropriate solutions.
- **Self-Motivated & Target-Driven**: Strong sense of initiative and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals. Able to work independently while contributing to the team’s success.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, particularly in B2B environments.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
