**About the Job**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will lead a team of sales professionals. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Perusal as a leader in the recruitment technology space.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in technology.
- Experience in the B2B sales domain is a plus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a sales team.
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal) as a must.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs effectively.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
