**Job Description: B2B Sales Executive**
**Position Summary**:
The B2B Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with business clients. The role involves understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets in a business-to-business environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**:
- Identify potential business clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- **Sales Strategy & Execution**:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Create and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing in alignment with company policies.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.
- Communicate product benefits and tailor solutions to meet client needs.
- Deliver compelling presentations to key decision-makers.
- **Collaboration & Coordination**:
- Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to meet client expectations.
- Provide regular feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service.
- **Sales Reporting & Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in [specific industry, if applicable].
- Strong understanding of sales principles and the B2B sales cycle.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
**Key Skills**:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and market trends.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹34,626.92 per month
