Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to support daily HR operations and office administration activities. The role involves handling cab bookings, managing food and travel vendors, and assisting with employee engagement and general HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Manage daily office operations ensuring smooth workflow.
- Handle cab bookings for employees, guests, and official travel requirements.
- Coordinate with food vendors, ensure timely delivery, quality checks, and manage meal schedules.
- Liaise with travel vendors for ticketing, hotel bookings, and related logistics.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry requirements.
- Handle vendor bills, purchase orders, and coordinate with finance for timely payments.
- Ensure upkeep of office premises and assist with facility management.
Vendor Management:
- Maintain good relationships with cab, food, and travel vendors.
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and renewals as needed.
- Maintain and update vendor database and documentation.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR & Admin operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Vendor management and negotiation skills.
