Kahan Controls is actively hiring a Office Admin to join our team in Chennai.
Job Description:
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers via telephone and email
- Maintain regular follow-ups on pending offers and expected orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales, marketing, and deliveries.
- Strong understanding of Order Management, Dispatch Planning, Customer Support, Payment Follow-up processes
- Handle general administrative tasks.
Desired Profile:
- Education: B.A / B.Com
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers via phone calls
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Local female candidates from Chennai only will be considered
- Note: Male candidates are not eligible for this role
- School experience cannot be considered.
