Job Purpose

To facilitate student placements by building and maintaining relationships with recruiters, preparing students for interviews, and ensuring smooth execution of campus recruitment activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employer Engagement & Networking

  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with potential recruiters.

  • Coordinate with industry professionals to arrange campus drives, internships, and training opportunities.

  • Student Support & Preparation

  • Organize resume-building, interview skills, and soft skills training sessions.

  • Maintain updated student databases with academic and skill profiles for placement purposes.

  • Placement Drive Coordination

  • Plan and execute on-campus and off-campus recruitment drives.

  • Facilitate communication between students and recruiters, ensuring timely updates.

  • Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain placement records and prepare periodic reports for management.

  • Document recruiter feedback and share it with faculty and students for improvement.

  • Industry-Institute Collaboration

  • Support MoUs, industry visits, and corporate tie-ups.

  • Assist in organizing career fairs, workshops, and guest lectures.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–3 years in placement coordination, recruitment, or corporate relations (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Networking and relationship-building abilities
  • Organizational and event management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management
