Location  : Coimbatore

Role Overview

We are looking for a Student Counsellor who will play a key role in guiding students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a student-first approach, and the ability to motivate individuals to achieve their career goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel students on training programs and career opportunities in HR.
  • Handle walk-in inquiries, calls, and online leads.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, and placement support.
  • Guide students through the admission process and maintain follow-up for enrollment.
  • Build a strong relationship with students, parents, and prospects.
  • Maintain records of leads, conversions, and student feedback.
  • Support marketing and outreach activities for student engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any field (Education, HR, or Psychology preferred).
  • years of experience in counselling / tele-counselling / student relations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
