Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecalling Executive located in Coimbatore. The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining the internship opportunities offered by Techvolt Software, and answering any inquiries related to the programs. The role also involves maintaining detailed records of calls, following up with potential leads, and assisting in the enrollment process for internship programs.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to explain technical and non-technical information clearly and concisely
  • Experience in customer service or telecalling roles is a plus
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is advantageous
  • Fluency in English and Tamil is required
