Business Transformation Lead

Our boutique consulting firm specializes in providing integrated services for CXO level hiring, including Search & selection, Assessment & Transition coaching (S-A-T).

Our engagement typically lasts 12-15 months per client, during which we take responsibility to find suitable candidates and ensure they transition into their roles effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, source, and recruit top-level executives with a focus on long-term fit.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates' suitability for executive roles, utilizing psychometric assessments and interpreting reports.
  • Administer assessments, create summary reports, and provide timely updates on the hiring progress to clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality, manage end-to-end search processes, and facilitate seamless integration of executives into their roles and client culture.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in interviewing techniques, assessing candidates, and planning successful search projects.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and achieve desired outcomes.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, along with prior experience in executive search.
