We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage human resources functions, with a strong focus on employee grievance handling, payroll management, and labour law compliance. The role requires excellent knowledge of HR processes, statutory requirements, and employee engagement to ensure a positive workplace culture and smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances and disputes.
  • Conduct fair investigations and resolve workplace conflicts in compliance with labour laws and company policies.

  • Foster a healthy and transparent work environment through regular communication and engagement initiatives.

  • Payroll & Compensation

  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
  • Manage statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc.) and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

  • Coordinate with finance for reconciliation, audits, and reporting.

  • Labour Law & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, employment acts, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, registers, and documentation as per legal requirements.

  • Liaise with government authorities and external auditors during inspections and audits.

  • HR Operations & Administration

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Manage employee exit formalities and ensure compliance with notice periods and settlement procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience with strong exposure to payroll, compliance, and grievance handling.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory regulations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS/payroll software and MS Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
