About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated HR Executive with a strong focus on Recruitment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source and attract top talent, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Experience in the hospitality sector or co-working space industry will be an added advantage, as it enhances the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create accurate job descriptions aligned with department goals.
- Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies using job boards, social media, direct sourcing, and networking.
- Conduct interviews (in-person & virtual) and facilitate candidate assessments to ensure alignment with company culture and role requirements.
- Perform reference checks and background verifications for shortlisted candidates.
2. Candidate Experience & Engagement
- Ensure a positive and engaging experience for candidates, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, educating them on the role, company culture, and benefits.
- Promote the employer brand through engaging content and social media activities to position the company as an employer of choice.
3. HR Support & Operations
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the HRIS system in compliance with company policies.
- Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends, tools, and technologies; recommend process improvements.
- Provide regular recruitment status reports to the HR Manager and hiring managers.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR role focused on recruitment.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector or co-working space industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight recruitment deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
