Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Self-Sourcing:

○ Proactively identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal referrals.

○ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

○ Conduct initial phone screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

  1. Vendor Management:

○ Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring solutions.

○ Collaborate with third-party vendors to streamline the recruitment process and meet hiring goals.

  1. Corporate Hiring:

○ Partner with hiring managers across various departments to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.

○ Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to fill corporate roles efficiently.

○ Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from initial contact to offer acceptance.

  1. Candidate Relationship Management:

○ Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.

○ Provide candidates with information regarding company culture, benefits, and job expectations.

○ Follow up with candidates after interviews and provide timely feedback.

  1. Collaboration:

○ Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruitment goals with company objectives.

○ Assist in the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

● Proven ability to self-source candidates using creative sourcing techniques.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and vendors.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
