About the Role : FRESHER / INTERN [ 0-2 year ]
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR cum Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support both human resources operations and business development activities — helping with recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, while also assisting in client outreach, lead generation, and partnership development.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources (HR)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal coordination.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll data for HR compliance.
Business Development (BD)
- Identify and generate new business leads through LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, and networking.
- Reach out to potential clients to present company services and offerings.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client communication.
- Follow up with leads and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain and update the CRM with business opportunities and client information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BBA, MBA, or equivalent preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or business development (internship experience counts).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities across departments.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed for sourcing and lead generation.
- Knowledge of HR software or CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and client interactions.
