We are seeking an organized and detail -oriented HR Associate to support our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance. *Key Responsibilities:* *Recruitment:* 1. Coordinate job postings and advertising. 2. Source candidates through social media, job boards, and employee referrals. 3. Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication. *Employee Onboarding:* 1. Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts. 2. Coordinate new hire orientation and training. 3. Ensure completion of necessary paperwork and documentation. *Benefits Administration:* 1. Manage benefits enrolment and changes. 2. Communicate benefits information to employees. 3. Ensure compliance with benefits regulations. *Compliance:* 1. Maintain up -to -date knowledge of employment laws and regulations. 2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. 3. Conduct audits to ensure HR records accuracy. *Employee Relations:* 1. Provide support for employee inquiries and concerns. 2. Assist with conflict resolution and mediation. 3. Foster positive employee relations. *HR Operations:* 1. Maintain accurate and up -to -date HR records. 2. Process employee data changes and updates. 3. Generate HR reports as needed. *Other Responsibilities:* 1. Assist with special projects and events. 2. Provide administrative support to the HR team. 3. Participate in HR -related training and development. Requirements *Requirements:* *Education:* - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. *Experience:* years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist role. *Skills:* 1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Organizational and time management skills. 3. Attention to detail and accuracy. 4. Ability to maintain confidentiality. 5. Proficiency in HR software and systems (e.g., Workday, ADP). 6. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. *Certifications:* - SHRM -CP/SCP or HRCI certification preferred.
