Responsibilities - Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Support onboarding processes for new hires, including preparing documentation and conducting orientation sessions. - Maintain employee records and manage HR databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. - Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, providing guidance to employees as needed. - Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing training and development programs. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a corporate setting. - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., HRIS). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
