The HR and Admin Executive is a professional, who maintains the human value systems and create positive work environment in the company
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Some of the duties / responsibilities of HR and Admin Executives, are as follows:
**HR Functions**:
**1. Recruitment**:
a. Appointment of consultants for recruitment of employees
b. Identifying the requirement of recruitment with required skills and experience
g. Arranging the final interview with directors and
h. Finalise the terms of appointment
j. Induct the new employees into the company and make them to settle on the job
k. Provide induction training to the new recruits and update them with company’s policies and procedures
l. Provide induction training to the new recruits on the skills / product training and induct them into the jobs
m. Collection of feedback from new employees to settle them on the jobs
n. Pursuing back ground verification with agencies for new employees
**2. Appraisal**:
a. Collect the performance data of the employees
b. Compare the performance against the set targets
c. Assess the over-achievement or under-achievement of the performance
**3. Demotion / Termination**:
a. Announce the decision of demotion / termination to the employees with the human touch and make them to accept the decision of directors
b. Provide a fair way of exit for the demoted / terminated employees
c. Settle all financial payouts to them as quick as possible
d. Implement and manage HR policies and procedures according to the company’s objectives
e. Restructuring staff designation, reporting authority, JDs, HR Policies, incentives, appraisal system, HR manual, etc.
f. Maintain HR documentation, such as employees master files, SOPs, policies and procedures, service letters, etc
g. Conducting periodical training program on Sales etiquette, grooming, product knowledge, communication skills, system skills, etc
h. Implement and manage employee benefits programs
i. Handling employees’ issues and grievances
j. Handling employees’ disputes
k. Install the sense of discipline and orderliness in day-to-day functions
l. Create leaders at all levels of the company
**Admin Functions**:
1. Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in office area
- Processing indents, following up with purchases and ensuring that the products reach the respective departments in time
**Marketing / CRM functions**:
1. Engaging with event organisers and making necessary arrangements for smooth conducting of the events
2. Attend the events to assist the sales team
**Educational and Skills Requirements**:
1. Must be a graduate.
3. Excellent in communication, inter-personal and grooming skills
4. Thorough knowledge of HR policies and practices
5. Must be fully conversant with company’s policies and procedures
6. Must be fluent with English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu languages
7. Must be open minded, un-biased and result oriented
**Experience Requirements**:
1. Should possess the experience of 3-5 years.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
