Role Overview We're looking for an HR Operations Associate to support day-to-day people operations, onboarding, office coordination, and engagement activities across the organization. Key Responsibilities Onboarding & Documentation - Handle end-to-end onboarding ; offer letters, documentation, induction, and system access. - Maintain accurate employee records and internal HR trackers. HR Operations - Support day-to-day HR admin including attendance, documentation, and basic HR processes. - Assist in preparing reports and updating HR systems. Employee Engagement - Plan and coordinate internal activities, celebrations, and small team events. - Help maintain a positive and energetic workplace culture. Office & Facilities Management - Oversee daily office operations ; supplies, pantry, seating, basic facilities coordination. - Liaise with housekeeping and ensure the office runs smoothly. Vendor Coordination - Manage communication with vendors for office supplies, services, events, and merchandise. - Track deliveries, payments, and service quality. What We're Looking For - 02 years of experience in HR operations / admin / office management (non-recruitment). - Strong organisational and communication skills. - Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a young, creative environment. - Ability to multitask and maintain smooth operations.
