We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Executive to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for providing HR support and administrative assistance to the HR department. This role will involve a variety of HR tasks including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of HR processes, and a passion for supporting employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, resume screening, interviews, and new employee orientation.
  • Employee Relations: Address employee queries, assist with conflict resolution, and ensure policy compliance.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, prepare HR reports, and support HR compliance.
  • Performance Management: Assist in performance reviews and tracking employee goals.
  • Employee Benefits & Training: Help manage benefits administration and assist with employee training programs.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA degree in HR or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR or administrative support.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office; HR software knowledge is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400, ₹700,000.00 per year
