Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Consultant located in Mumbai. The Customer Service Consultant will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, resolving customer issues, and enhancing the overall customer experience. The role involves regular interaction with clients to understand and address their needs effectively.The job also includes efficient coordination between client and team.It will asko involve effiecient communication and to act as an brodge between top mamagement and team,too management and client and client and team.The job requires the candidate to have good soft skills,management skills,communication skllls,tram work skills,good grip on conpliance and business undertanding.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service ability
- Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
- Skills in enhancing Customer Experience and managing Customer Service inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Financial or Legal industry is a plus
- CA and CS can apply
