Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for a Customer Service Associate for the Kids' Play Area/Zone and is responsible for ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and families. The CSA greets guests, assists with registrations, monitors play activities, maintains cleanliness, and ensures all safety and hygiene standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Guest Interaction
- Greet children and parents warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about play zone activities, rules, safety measures, and pricing.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and minor complaints in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a friendly, welcoming attitude to create a positive guest experience.
Child Supervision & Safety
- Monitor play activities to ensure children are playing safely and following rules.
- Intervene calmly and appropriately when unsafe behavior occurs.
- Ensure that all play equipment and toys are used properly.
- Assist in first aid or emergency procedures when necessary (training provided).
Operations & Maintenance
- Conduct regular checks of play equipment and report any damages or hazards immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the play area, including sanitizing toys and surfaces.
- Assist in organizing and conducting birthday parties or group events.
- Support in opening and closing duties, including cash handling if applicable.
Teamwork & Reporting
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report any incidents, maintenance needs, or customer feedback to the supervisor.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: High school diploma (additional childcare or hospitality training preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, childcare, or play area operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, patient, and enjoys working with children.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic understanding of safety and hygiene practices.
Work Conditions:
- Must be comfortable working weekends, holidays, and shifts as required.
- Physically active role — requires standing for long periods and light lifting.
- Uniform and name badge required at all times.
