Role: Talent Acquisition (Junior to Lead Level)
Experience Range: 2 to 15 Years
We are hiring across multiple levels within Talent Acquisition—from Junior Recruiters, Senior Recruiters, to Talent Acquisition Leads
.
You will play a key role in sourcing, interviewing, assessing, and onboarding top-tier IT professionals for global clients.
Key Responsibilities (Level-wise) Junior Talent Acquisition (2–4 years)
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
- Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and schedule interviews
- Maintain candidate pipelines in ATS
- Coordinate interview rounds and ensure smooth communication
- Support hiring managers with daily recruitment tasks
Senior Talent Acquisition (5–10 years)
- Independently manage full-cycle recruitment
- Conduct competency-based interviews
- Build strong talent pipelines for IT roles
- Drive employer branding initiatives
- Optimize recruitment processes and provide insights through data-driven reports
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams and project managers
Talent Acquisition Lead (10–15 years)
- Own and drive complete hiring strategy
- Lead and mentor junior/senior recruiters
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning
- Design and refine recruitment SOPs & processes
- Improve hiring quality, speed, and efficiency
- Manage ATS, reporting, talent mapping & market intelligence

- Strong sourcing using advanced Boolean search
- Interviewing & hiring experience in IT domain
- Employer branding knowledge
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management
- Familiarity with ATS & recruitment tools
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requisitions
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience hiring developers (Java, Magento, PHP, React, Node, QA, DevOps)
- Understanding of tech stacks and remote hiring models
- Prior experience working in staffing or IT recruitment agencies
- Exposure to global/remote client environments
