About the Role:

Aceolution is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Business Analyst
to work closely with our CEO. This role blends business analysis with project management, client engagement, and executive support. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met.
  • Work closely with the CEO to support strategic initiatives and business operations.
  • Handle project billing, invoicing, and financial tracking related to client projects.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate day-to-day activities for the CEO.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis for the CEO to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment and smooth execution.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of proven experience in business analysis, project management, or executive support.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools and project management software.
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
