One of our leading IT MNC clients in Coimbatore is looking for Business Analyst (P&C or life insurance domain).

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Coimbatore

Experience: 6 to 12 years

Mode of work: Hybrid

Mode of employment: Permanent

Notice Period: 1 Month or less

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Reinsurance Business knowledge and

practical experience working in a large Reinsurance Enterprise who can understand various business

processes, can visualize integration focusing mainly on P&C Reinsurance claims. This role can also

help to conduct testing of the critical scenarios. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as

a business analyst, strong analytical capabilities, and a deep understanding of insurance or

reinsurance business process flows.

Key Responsibilities:


• Support business analysis and elaboration of requirements for the product backlog of the

claims applications.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria

• Perform process analysis and validation as QA for critical scenarios.

• Support solution design and ensure alignment accounting requirements

• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog grooming sessions

• Ensure traceability and documentation of data flows and business logic

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong Business Analysis background in insurance or reinsurance

• Experience in SQL and data analysis techniques

• Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with P&C insurance claims processes and data structures

• Ability to work across technical and business domains
