We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Fresher) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and contributing to the successful delivery of software projects. Key Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering: Assist in identifying and documenting business requirements through discussions with stakeholders and team members.
  • Process Understanding: Learn and map business workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Documentation: Support the preparation of requirement documents, user stories, and use cases under the guidance of senior analysts.
  • Communication: Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
  • Testing Support: Participate in testing activities to verify that implemented solutions meet business needs.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform basic data analysis and research to support project decisions and solution design.
  • Learning & Development: Actively engage in training sessions and continuous learning to develop analytical and documentation skills.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of documentation tools (MS Office, Google Workspace) and interest in tools like JIRA or Trello etc.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹420,000.00 per year
