Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst with exceptional communication and documentation skills to support cross-functional business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business needs into actionable requirements and collaborating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment.
  • Confirm requirements, manage approvals, and ensure consistency between business and IT teams.
  • Support projects throughout their full lifecycle—from discovery through delivery.
  • Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and related documentation artifacts.
  • Produce structured documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, and user stories.
  • Assist in solution testing and validation to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively across technical teams, business units, and leadership.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Documentation Skills: Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
  • Methodologies: Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.

  • Tools:

  • Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucidchart).

  • Experience with documentation and project tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Figma.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and SQL is a plus (ServiceNow implementation experience preferred but not required).
  • Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
