Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. You will act as the crucial link between business needs and technical execution—gathering requirements, analyzing complex processes, and delivering data-driven insights to ensure successful project and product outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements & Analysis: Work with stakeholders to define, document (user stories, BRDs), and prioritize clear, actionable functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze current business workflows, create process maps, and propose optimized technical and business solutions.
  • Liaison & Communication: Serve as the bridge between business units and development teams, managing expectations and translating technical concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
  • Documentation & Validation: Maintain key project documentation, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure delivered solutions meet established quality and business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of requirements gathering, business process modeling, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with documentation and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, Excel, SQL ).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
