Job Description The Junior Data Analyst will support the analytics team in collecting, processing, and interpreting data to drive informed decision-making. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn data analysis tools and techniques while contributing to ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.

Perform descriptive and exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.

Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.

Support and prepare summary reports for management review.

Collaborate with senior analysts to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance tracking systems.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation across projects.

Participate in data quality audits and support automation of repetitive reporting tasks. Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SQL, Python, or R is an added advantage.

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Ability to communicate findings clearly through written reports and presentations.

Eagerness to learn and grow within a data-focused environment. Preferred Qualities

Internship or academic project experience in data analysis or business analytics.

Understanding of database management concepts.
