Data Analyst Responsibilities:


• Analyse and profile the data from various sources, including electronic health records (EHRs), claims data, and other relevant systems.


• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Target schema


• Collaborating with SMEs and other analysts to understand data needs and communicate findings.


• Presenting data analysis results and recommendations to SMEs and Product Owners


• Participating in project meetings and providing input on data-related aspects of the project.

Skills and Qualifications:


• Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data in relational databases.


• Understanding data warehousing concepts, including star schema, snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling is important


• Ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.


• Should have knowledge of EHR systems, US healthcare operations, clinical workflows, and medical terminology.


• Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
