We're looking for a Data Analyst who's detail-oriented and tech-savvy to turn data into insights that help our teams make better decisions. If you enjoy working with data, Excel dashboards, and e-commerce metrics — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from sales, website, marketing, and operations sources.
  • Create and maintain performance dashboards and weekly reports.
  • Identify patterns, trends, and insights to support business growth.
  • Work with the marketing, design, and operations teams to share actionable data insights.
  • Support automation of reports and improve data accuracy.
  • Assist in forecasting, inventory, and campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets, data visualization tools (like Power BI / Google Data Studio preferred).
  • Basic understanding of SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and multiple platforms (Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to detail and logical thinking.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
