About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes and providing data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, product quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.
  • Work closely with project managers, developers, testers and end-users to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and feasibility studies for new and existing projects.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, process flows and wireframes.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends/opportunities.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Support change management and training initiatives during project rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, documentation tools and process modelling.
  • Require AI automation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, Power BI (added advantage).
