We are seeking a visionary and hands-on
Product Design Head
to lead our end-to-end jewelry design and development function. This role blends creative excellence with business strategy, overseeing a multidisciplinary design team and translating market insights into high-impact collections. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in jewelry design along with proven leadership in driving innovation, operational excellence, and commercial success.

Qualifications


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, or a related creative field


• 10+ years of progressive experience in jewelry or luxury product design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role


• Strong understanding of precious metals, gemstones, manufacturing techniques, and CAD platforms


• Demonstrated ability to bridge creativity with commercial outcomes


• Collaborative, influential leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
